How to get past the “password and username do not match” error in Google Talk on the Blackberry

Welcome back!

So, I finally got around to downloading google talk for Blackberry . I was all ready to try out my new toy when, BAM! I got this:

“password and username do not match”

I thought at first I was typing it in wrong. But, no matter how many times I tried I got the same error. Well, my friend Google found the answer for me again.

All you need to do is point your Blackberry Browser to:

https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha

After you go through the captcha verification unlock on the page, you can log in to Google Talk for Blackberry. Happy IM’ing!
