		<description>I&#039;m new to Ruby On Rails,and im interested to work in it.I follow the steps that you have specified here.

In step2   i get an error like this,

sudo ruby setup.rb
sudo: ruby: command not found

/rubygems-1.0.1$ ls
bin        doc       gemspecs  lib          pkgs      README  scripts   test
ChangeLog  examples  GPL.txt   LICENSE.txt  Rakefile  redist  setup.rb  TODO
foss29@foss29-desktop:~/rubygems-1.0.1$
