After yesterdays ubuntu 9.04 update and restart, today compiz and AWN were not working. Commented all Video Cards and is woking now.

Can i use the compiz fusion when i run ubuntu 7.10 from a live cd??? i tried that at my laptop with ATI RADEON MOBILTY 320 series and it didnt work for me.

Wow! It really works!

I have Acer Extensa 5220 – Intel 965 – X3100.
But first I had to set INTEL driver instead of standard VESA driver (in “System –> Administration –> Screen and Graphics”).
